Walker Crips nominated for FT Adviser's Diversity in Finance Awards

3 March 2024

We are delighted to announce that Walker Crips has been shortlisted for two awards at FT Adviser’s Diversity in Finance Awards 2024. We have been selected as nominees in the following categories:

  • Championing Race Equality

  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year (Small Company)

These annual awards aim to showcase the best initiatives, campaigns and success stories over the past 12 months when it comes to diversity and inclusion in the financial services sector.

Diversity and inclusion is an organisational must in today’s workplace, leading to increased innovation, better opportunities for all and improved business performance.

The Diversity in Finance Awards have been designed to celebrate individuals in financial services and UK financial services companies who have taken active steps towards a more inclusive, diverse and fair industry that works better for all stakeholders.

Awards will be given to those individuals who have demonstrated their support for minority groups and their tireless efforts to promote and inspire those who are otherwise under-represented, as well as recognising companies whose policies, schemes or initiatives encourage and enable diversity in the workplace.

This is an opportunity for FCA-regulated, UK-based companies, large and small, to show how they are getting it right, and for employees to gain the recognition they deserve.

Winners of this year’s awards will be announced at a ceremony at The Biltmore Mayfair on Thursday, 20th June 2024.

It is important to remember that the value of investments and the income from them can go down as well as up, so you could get back less than you invest. If you have any doubts about the suitability of any investment for your circumstances, you should contact your financial advisor.
